The Challenge

An AI-powered fintech platform launching worldwide needed to go from zero to acquiring users at scale. No Business Manager, no ad account, no pixel, no events tracking — everything built from scratch before a single ad could run.

No baseline data existed. Every audience, creative angle, and bidding strategy had to be tested live with real budget. Fintech + AI made it harder: technical product, global audience, strict Meta ad policies for financial services.

The startup had no creative framework — the team could explain the product but had zero experience producing ad-ready content for each funnel stage.

Full Meta infrastructure built in days

Created and configured Business Manager, ad account, Facebook page from scratch. Set up Meta Pixel with full events tracking — ensuring data flowed correctly from Day 1.

Communication strategy for fintech + AI

Developed a comprehensive communication framework tailored to fintech and AI audiences. Delivered production briefs for designers and copywriters with clear references, tone of voice, and format specs per funnel stage.

Full-funnel campaign architecture

Built campaigns covering awareness (brand introduction), acquisition (feature-benefit, social proof), and conversion (direct response). Each stage had distinct audiences, creative formats, and success metrics.

Aggressive early-stage testing

With zero historical data, the first 4 weeks were a structured test matrix: multiple audience hypotheses, creative angles, and placements running simultaneously. We optimized daily, killing underperformers fast.

Continuous optimization over 5 months

As data accumulated, audiences evolved from broad interests to lookalikes built from actual converters. Creative evolved from educational to proof-based. CPA dropped steadily as the system learned.
